This is successful to see the up close details in the purse. You can see the reflections of the light in the purse which causes you too look and almost see where the photo was taken. This photo is taken up close so you can see the detail but it was also taken far back enough that you can still tell, what it is.

This photo uses bright colors to draw your attention in and cause you to try and figure out where this photo was taken. The photo also uses some rule of thirds techniques because the sign is placed in the top visual hot spots of the photo.
